What is the usual timeline for a smile makeover when travelling to Marbella?
Most aesthetic cases are completed within about a month — typically a preparation visit followed by the delivery visit once the porcelain is ready. Patients who cannot remain wear top-quality mock-ups in the interim and return to place the final set. A considered result is not a five-day exercise.
Do you run remote consultations before the first visit?
Yes. Every traveling patient begins with a video consultation. We review photographs, discuss the case honestly, and decide together whether ACE DNTL is the right practice for the work. No commitment either side.
Is the practice discreet for patients who need privacy?
Yes. Appointments can be arranged outside of public hours. Nothing clinical is documented beyond the medical record. No photographs are taken or used without explicit written consent. Confidentiality is standard for every patient — not a paid upgrade.

The ceramics are hand-layered on site, in the same building as the clinic — not outsourced abroad. Our flagship is the ACE DNTL Veneer: high-translucency Prettau P4 zirconia taken deliberately unpainted from the machine — no pre-shaded block, no machine colouring — then hand-layered, hand-painted, hand-textured and hand-polished, built for translucency, internal depth, strength and long-term colour stability. In many cases we find it looks even nicer than classic hand-layered feldspathic, with far more versatility and strength. The lab also produces feldspathic ceramics, lithium-disilicate (IPS e.max) and zirconia restorations, matched to the clinical case rather than a house default.
